 McCollom Realty, Ltd. was established in 1976 by W. R. McCollom, Jr. Mr. McCollom has nearly 50 years of real estate experience in sales, development, leasing, and management transactions encompassing millions of square feet of retail, office, and industrial space. 

Chicago, IL McCollom Realty Ltd. has developed office buildings and shopping centers ranging from 10,000 to over 240,000 square feet.  The firm has been an exclusive leasing agent for over a million square feet of commercial real estate throughout the United States. McCollom Realty, Ltd. has exclusively represented both office and retail tenants such as Home Life Insurance Company of NY, Orscheln Farm & Home, Marsh Foods, Check into Cash, and Pork & Mindy's. 

 For more than 40 years McCollom Realty, Ltd. has managed, leased and sold properties on behalf of United States Bankruptcy Court, World Court and Bank owned properties.
